Get the connection guide for a brand

Joulo's manual for connecting a charging station of one brand: the route (cloud or OCPP), what you need, the steps, the models with their MID meter, and the link to the manual on joulo.nl/docs. found is false when Joulo has no manual for that brand; text then lists the brands that have one. Any personal token may read it; no scope needed.
