Read how a Joulo feature works

How one feature of the Joulo dashboard or app works: where it lives, what it does, and what only the Joulo team can do. Topics include charging without a card, RFID tags, exporting sessions, moving house and referral codes. found is false for an unknown topic; text then lists the topics. Any personal token may read it; no scope needed.
