Get where your ERE registration stands

Per step, what is done and what is still open before Joulo can sell your ERE. The steps follow the order you walk through them: mid_charger (a charger that counts for ERE), registration, mandate, ean, review (Joulo approves the registration) and iban. They are the same gates as blocked in /ere-position. next_step names the first open step, null when every step is done. Each step carries help_url (the article that explains it) and action_url (where you complete it) where Joulo has one. Only booleans, counts and dates: never your IBAN, EAN or address. Requires the position:read scope.
