50five integration

You can connect your 50five account in Joulo from the charger connect flow. Joulo currently supports telemetry sync for 50five: charger discovery and session import.

What is supported

• Connect with your 50five username and password.
• Discover linked chargers from your 50five account.
• Sync charging sessions into Joulo automatically.

What is not supported yet

• Remote control actions (start/stop/unlock/block/reset) are not enabled in Joulo for 50five yet.

Important data freshness note

50five transaction data is not always real-time. Session data can appear with a delay (commonly around 15 minutes). Use this when validating recently finished sessions.
