How a Peblar charger connects to Joulo over OCPP 1.6J using Managed mode, and how to supply earlier sessions.
Peblar chargers connect to Joulo over OCPP 1.6J. You switch the charger to Managed mode in its own web interface and enter the Joulo endpoint once.

Setting it up
Open the Peblar web interface on your local network, switch the charger to Managed mode, and enter the Joulo endpoint and credentials. That is a one-time step.
Charging keeps working without internet
Peblar exposes a vendor autostart key, so Joulo configures the charger to start charging on plug-in without waiting for a remote start. Charging never depends on the Joulo connection being up.
What Joulo reads
Joulo stores start and stop transactions and the energy register samples that arrive during a session. Every frame is archived for support and disputes.
Earlier sessions
The OCPP connection reports from the moment the charger connects. Sessions from before that point are supplied once, as a CSV export from your Peblar account. Joulo imports it and matches the rows to your charger.
A CSV import is not a shortcut past metering. Only sessions that a MID meter measured become eligible for ERE registration.
MID certification
The Home Plus and the Business carry a MID meter as standard. Joulo confirms it from the boot notification rather than assuming it from the model name.
Limitations
- Managed mode is set on the local network, so you need to be on the same network as the charger.
- History before the connection needs the CSV step. It does not arrive on its own.
